So, I wanted to thank all the people who took the time to give me their advice on how to improve the sound quality of those recordings. However, I’ve been planning for a long time now to buy myself an electric guitar and to do some recordings with it.

I know that a proper recording of a real electric guitar will always sound better, but I’m curious what I can achieve with Logic’s built-in plugins. I’ve tried several different amp settings, with and without cabs, but I wasn’t too happy with the results. I have a hard time figuring out how to achieve a more realistic electric guitar sound with only Logic’s built-in plugins.
I’m searching for advice on how to make electric guitars sound more authentic by only using the stock plugins from Logic.
